NEW LOTHROP DDA MEETING MINUTES
JULY 15, 2026
Present: Pete Stewart, Mark Birchmeier, Taylor Copes, Cindy Kinsey, Jody Greenwood, Skip
McCormic, Mike Milks, John Maksimchuk Absent: Tammy Schiefer, John Ryan-Attorney
Meeting called to order: 6:45 PM
Pledge of Allegiance
Skip made a motion to approve the June Meeting Minutes. Second by Mike. All Ayes, motion
carried.
Pete made a motion to approve the Treasurer’s report for June. Second by Mark. All Ayes,
motion carried.
Special Guests: None
Old Business: No approval from the village for garbage cans. Mark made a motion to use
the money to rent 2 large cans for garbage if approved by the village. Second by Mike. Row
call vote, unanimous, motion carried.
New Business: Jody mentioned flags on Main St keep getting torn. Need to cover the screw
on the pole. Benches in the park need to be fixed, and the fountain is going to be worked on
to get it working.
Pete made a motion to pay the invoices. Second by Mark. Row call vote, unanimous,
motion carried.
Round Table: Road work to on Saginaw St the middle of August.
