DDA July 2018 Minutes

JULY 19,2018

Present: M. Birchmeier, Lahmann, Schnell, Ustishen, A. Stewart, P. Stewart, S. Birchmeier

Absent: Yaklin, Burns

Meeting was called to order at 6:30 with the pledge of allegiance.

P. Stewart motioned to accept the June minutes as presented, S. Birchmeier 2nd.

Ustishen motioned to accept the treasurer’s report as presented, M. Birchmeier 2nd.

P. Stewart motioned to makeup for the mistakes made in the car show advertising by giving a refund or a free ad next year, A. Stewart 2nd roll call – all yes.

P. Stewart motioned to set aside the Zuddles & Watershed Creek invoice but pay the remaining bills due, S. Birchmeier 2nd , roll call – all yes.

Schnell motioned to pay up to $2500.00 the day of car show if needed, M. Birchmeier 2nd. Roll call – all yes.
