Present: Pete Stewart, Mark Birchmeier, Taylor Copes, Tammy Schiefer, Cindy Kinsey, Jody
Greenwood, Skip McCormic, Mike Milks, John Ryan-Attorney Absent: John Maksimchuk
Meeting called to order: 6:45 PM
Pledge of Allegiance
Skip made a motion to approve the July Meeting Minutes. Second by Cindy. All Ayes, motion
carried.
Pete made a motion to approve the Treasurer’s report for July. Second by Tammy. All Ayes,
motion carried.
Special Guests: None
Old Business: Mike mentioned that the village does not want the game box in the pavilion in
the park. He will attend the next village meeting and bring it up to discuss it in more detail. .
New Business: Jody mentioned flags on Main St keep getting torn. Need to cover the screw
on the pole. She will go to the village meeting to discuss it in more detail. Benches in the
park need to be fixed, and the fountain is going to be worked on to get it working. Christmas
decorations: looking for some other options and will get quotes.
Pete made a motion to pay the invoices. Second by Mike. Row call vote, unanimous, motion
carried.
Round Table: Tower for cell phone Services.
