  NEW LOTHROP DDA MEETING MINUTES

                                MARCH 18, 2026

Present: Pete Stewart, Mark Birchmeier, Tammy Schiefer, Taylor Copes, Skip McCormic, Jody Greenwood, John Maksimchuk, John Ryan-Attorney            Absent: Cindy Kinsey, Mike Milks

Meeting called to order: 6:37 PM

Pledge of Allegiance

Mark made a motion to approve the February Meeting Minutes. Second by Taylor. All Ayes, motion carried.

Pete made a motion to approve the Treasurer’s report for February. Second by Tammy All Ayes, motion carried. 

Special Guests: None  

Old Business: None

New Business: NL Police Dept requesting the DDA to purchase a new vest for the new police officer hired. Quoted price of $1108.   Pete made a motion to pay up to $1200 to purchase a new vest for the new police officer. Funds will come out of Public Safety. Second Mark. Row call vote, unanimous. Motion carried.

Jody made a motion to pay the invoices. Second by Taylor. Row call vote, unanimous, motion carried. 

Round Table: Jody brought up the need for Handicap ramp in town.
