Special Meeting – SAW Grant

Present: Maksimchuk’s, Burns, Gauthier, Seamon, P. Olk, Absent: Wolford, L. Olk

Meeting called to order by Mayor Jerry Burns at 6:00 p.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance. Jim Bearman for Financial Services was present to discuss rate study and revenue sufficiency analysis along with Asset Management program.

Reviewed many rate options and revenue results.

Discussed projects within the SAW Grant.

Motion by Gauthier, support by Seamon to increase the monthly sewer bill to $34 per month for residential and $51 per month for commercial
customers. $8.50 per thousand gallons over 12,000 or any portion thereof for residential customers and $12.75 per 1,000 gallons over 12,00 gallons or any portion thereof, discussion, roll call vote, P. Olk no, Gauthier yes, Maksimchuk no, Seamon yes, Burns yes, motion carried.
