Village October 2019 Minutes

October 9, 2019

Present: Maksimchuk’s, Seamon, S. Birchmeier, Besaw, Gauthier, Ustishen
Absent: Tate

Meeting called to order by Mayor John Maksimchuk at 7:00 p.m.

Motion by L. Olk, support by Gauthier to accept the minutes, motion carried.

Motion by L. Olk, support by Besaw to accept the Treasurer’s
report, motion carried.

Public Comments, Charles Yaklin was present to Thank Council for having
an Ordinance pertaining to pit bulls. Also discussed maintenance of the
road that is a Village owned easement. Also asked for regular enforcement
of junk vehicles in the Village.

Police, DPW and Zoning Reports on file.

Invisalink Contract, Jeff Tebo was present, The Village Attorney has
reviewed the contract and has agreed no problem.

Motion by John Maksimchuk to accept the contract with Invisalink, support by L. Olk, discussion, roll call vote, 1 no vote, Seamon, rest yeas, motion carried.

Motion by L. Olk, support by Ustishen to accept the proposal from Digitalmedics, roll call vote, Besaw yes, Gauthier no, Birchmeier yes,
Ustishen yes,yes, Seamon yes, Maksimchuk, yes, motion carried.

Motion to pay all the bills, roll call vote, all yeas, motion carried
Declare meeting adjourned at 8:05 p.m.
