Village July 2016 Minutes

July 13, 2016

Present: Maksimchuk’s, Burns, Beauchamp, Olk, Seamon, Wolford, Gauthier, Tate (8:04)

Meeting called to order by Mayor Burns, at 7:00 p.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance. Motion by Seamon, support by Gauthier to accept the minutes, motion carried. Motion by Maksimchuk, support by Olk to accept the Treasurer’s report, Motion carried.

Jerry Johnson presented request from Justin Horvath and Wheeler Trucking the possibility of running water and sewer lines to his business. We will check with DEQ and see if they will allow us to do so and will meet with Wheeler Trucking to discuss Police, DPW reports on file. No Zoning report received.

Motion by Olk, support by Maksimchuk to charge a $5.00 fee for all tax, water and sewer requests, discussion, motion carried.

Motion by Olk, support by Gauthier to recommend the Village hire Roger Hollenback as a part-time employee at $12 per hour with a maximum of 20 hours per week, discussion, roll call vote, 1 no vote, Seamon, rest yeas, motion carried.

Motion by Maksimchuk, support by Beauchamp to pay all the bills, roll call vote, all yeas, motion carried.

Declared meeting adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
