DDA May 2018 Minutes

May 17, 2018

Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm with the pledge of allegiance.

Present: M. Birchmeier, Yaklin, Schnell, Ustishen, Lahmann, P. Stewart, S. Birchmeier
Absent: A. Stewart, Burns

P. Stewart motioned to accept the April minutes as presented, S. Birchmeier 2nd.

Schnell motioned to accept the treasurer’s report as presented, Ustishen 2nd.

Brent Jones was present to discuss options for a match funding through the state.

Revitalization grants- watershed Creek applied for a grant for the new front awning $1500.
S. Birchmeier motioned to pay the grant Lahmann 2nd motion. Roll call all yes.

P. Stewart motioned to pay the bills presented. S. Birchmeier 2nd.

Consumers- $1522.26
Police- $12,000
Dda bond insurance- $100
Reimbursement for Jim Lahmann for carshow- $386.95
Schnells- $1035
