Meeting called to order at 630pm

Present: Ayres, Schnell, Ustishen, Birchmeier, Burns
Absent: Yaklin, A. Stewart, P. Stewart

Ustishen motioned to accept Nov. & Dec. minutes as presented, 2nd by Ayres.

John Maksimchuck requested $12,000 to help pay for police patrol.

Carl Seamon upset about selling the DDA property.

Dave Schnell placed a sealed bid for $3800 and Joe Gross placed one for $5001.

Birchmeier motioned to accept Gross’s bid, Ustishen 2nd.

Roll call all yes. Ayres-y, Schnell-y, Ustishen-y, Birchmeier-y, Burns-y

Schnell motioned to review and submit a budget to council to review. Birchmeier 2nd.
