November Village 2023 Minutes

November 8, 2023

Present:  Maksimchuk, Seamon, Tate, Birchmeier, Ustishen, Olk, Gauthier    Absent:  Mills

Meeting called to order by Mayor Charles McCormic at 7:00 p.m with the Pledge of Allegiance.  Motion by Olk, support by Ustishen to accept the minutes, motion carried.  Motion by Ustishen, support by Olk to accept the Treasurer’s report, motion carried.

Police, DPW, Zoning and DDA Reports are on file.

Motion by Seamon, support by Ustishen to accept the quote for a new furnace from Chad Yaklin for $2,900.00, discussion, roll call vote, all yeas, motion carried.

Safe Routes to school update was given by Council member Carl Seamon.

Motion by Birchmeier, support by Ustishen to pay all the bills, roll call vote, all yeas, motion carried.

Declared meeting adjourned at 7:52 p.m.
